Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your use of Picata at picata.ai(the “Service”). Picata is operated by Menturi OÜ, an Estonian private limited company (registry code 17205350) (“we”, “us”). By connecting your Google Ads account or purchasing the paid report, you agree to these Terms.

What Picata does

Picata connects to your Google Ads account through Google’s official API in read-onlymode, analyses the last 30–90 days of activity, and produces a wasted-spend audit report. The free report shows every finding and the total wasted spend; the $49 unlock adds the underlying evidence for each finding and the copy-paste fixes.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Your content; our content

Your Google Ads data stays yours. By using the Service you grant us a limited licence to read that data through Google’s API solely to produce your audit. The audit report itself, the analysis, and the Service’s design and code remain ours.

Disclaimers

Picata gives recommendations based on the data Google returns through the Ads API. Whether a fix saves money in your specific account depends on factors outside our control. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee any specific savings, results, or ad-account outcomes.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost ad spend. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Term and termination

These Terms apply for as long as you use the Service. You can stop using Picata at any time by disconnecting. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms; sections that should reasonably survive termination (payment, disclaimers, liability, governing law) will continue to apply.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If the change is material, we’ll update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you by email.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Estonia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
